Executive Assistant to the CEO

On behalf of our client in Geneva, we are seeking a highly proactive, discreet, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support their CEO. The ideal candidate will expertly manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, handle confidential information with utmost discretion, and act as a true gatekeeper, filtering and prioritizing information and requests.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility in working hours, comfortable with occasional extended hours, on-site role.

• Ability to proactively manage responsibilities, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience supporting a CEO in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a must.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools for scheduling and communications.

• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
