Your role and responsibilities
- Develop an inspiring year-long "Be a Writer" roadmap, covering various genres (fiction, poetry, journalism, scriptwriting, etc. Guide students through the writing process"”from brainstorming and drafting to editing and final publication/presentation. Indicate and manage the number of courses scheduled within the department's calendar. Encourage students to share their work, potentially through school literary magazines, blogs, or end-of-year showcases. Manage course attendance, material

- You will thrive in this role if you possess:Recognised teaching
QUALIFICATIONS
or a degree in Creative Writing, English Literature, or a related field. A personal passion for writing, ideally with published work or significant background in the literary world. Previous experience teaching writing or literacy to children and adolescents. Fluency in both English and French. A valid work permit or Swiss citizenship. Your personal attributes and mindset:The ability to ignite a passion for storytelling in students of all backgrounds. A caring approach to helping students overcome "writer's block" and find their unique style. A flexible and creative mindset to adapt lessons to the students' interests and evolving projects.
