- Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Miami. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:Cash management (Group and non-Group)• Preparing and monitoring weekly reports on the balances of all bank accounts• Managing bank account transactions: investments, foreign exchange transactions, transfers, etc. Budgets and reporting• Preparing monthly budgets• Preparing the Group's consolidated accounts• Preparing the analytical review• Participating in the preparation of the P&L (Profit & Loss) Support for financial projects• Support any ad hoc or specific financial projects at the CEO's request,Invoicing• Prepare invoices,• Follow up on payments and any reminders,Intra-group payments and monitoring• Paying invoices between subsidiaries• Monitoring Group loans and associated financial obligations
- Collaboration:• Work with the group's various subsidiaries,• Work with internal and external fiduciaries. Required skills and profile:• Master's degree in Finance (HEC type) or Swiss Accounting Diploma• Very good command of financial management , acounting, and reporting tools,• Excellent command of French and English (both spoken and written - minimum C1 level),• Strong analytical and organizational skills,• Rigorous, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
