- Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Miami. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:Cash management (Group and non-Group) Preparing and monitoring weekly reports on the balances of all bank accounts
- Managing bank account transactions: investments, foreign exchange transactions, transfers, etc. Budgets and reporting
- Preparing monthly budgets
- Preparing the Group's consolidated accounts
- Preparing the analytical review
- Participating in the preparation of the P&L (Profit & Loss) Support for financial projects
- Support any ad hoc or specific financial projects at the CEO's request,Invoicing
- Prepare invoices,Follow up on payments and any reminders,Intra-group payments and monitoring
- Paying invoices between subsidiaries
- Monitoring Group loans and associated financial obligations
- Collaboration:Work with the group's various subsidiaries,Work with internal and external fiduciaries. Required skills and profile:Master's degree in Finance (HEC type) or Swiss Accounting Diploma
- Very good command of financial management , accounting, and reporting tools,Excellent command of French and English (both spoken and written - minimum C1 level),Strong analytical and organizational skills,Rigorous, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
