Manage a team of project managers, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive cross-functional execution from planning to adoption.

Description
•
Lead and structure the internal IT Project Office, defining clear project governance and delivery standards
•
Guide a team of about 5 project managers, providing coaching, leadership, and day-to-day oversight
•
Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to align project outcomes with company strategy
•
Build and roll out standardized methodologies, documentation, and KPIs to monitor execution
•
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, vendor collaboration, and third-party contributions
•
Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, proactively identifying delivery risks and proposing mitigation plans
•
Contribute to the cultural DNA: remain humble, pragmatic, and sensitive to the pace and values of a privately held group
•
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term adoption of new tools and processes
•
Ensure reporting, dashboards, and project visibility to executive leadership
Profile
•
Proven experience in setting up or leading a PMO or portfolio function within an IT department
•
Background in financial services or trading environments is highly preferred
•
Experience managing complex IT programs (cloud, ERP, infrastructure) and cross-functional teams
•
Ability to deliver structure and discipline in a high-demand environment, while being agile and solution-driven
•
Fluent in English - French is a plus; comfortable interacting across cultures and seniority levels
•
Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
•
Certified in project delivery methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.)
•
Familiar with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, or similar
