For one of our international clients based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT initiatives in a complex, multicultural environment.

Description
- Manage end?to?end IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure
- Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, external vendors, and partners
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality constraints
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Provide clear and structured project reporting to governance bodies and senior stakeholders
- Drive best practices in project management methodologies and IT governance
- Operate effectively in an international, distributed team environment
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong IT background with a solid understanding of systems, applications, infrastructures, and IT architectures
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (typically 5+ years)
- Ability to interact confidently with both technical and non?technical stakeholders
- Hands?on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, SAFe, etc.) are a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Fluent English is mandatory (international working environment)
- French is required; additional languages are a plus
