Junior Media Assistant (German-speaking) 80–100% – Permanent Contract

About the role

Our client, a fast-growing media agency offering full-service solutions across Switzerland, is looking for a Junior Media Assistant to support their German-speaking client base. You’ll be joining a startup-style environment with over 40 collaborators and contributing to high-impact campaigns for institutional clients.

In this role, you’ll support media planning, campaign execution, and administrative coordination, working closely with senior team members and reporting to the Media Manager based in Zurich.

Work tasks

• Participate in the development of analyses, concepts, recommendations, and media plans.

• Conduct market research and analysis on targets, channels, and trends.

• Plan media purchases, monitor budgets, and prepare intermediate and final reports.

• Implement campaigns and monitor ongoing campaigns.

We are looking for

• A student or graduate in media, marketing, or business

• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English or french

• Strong sense of autonomy and initiative

• Comfortable working remotely and independently

• Experience with Office 365; knowledge of media planning tools is a plus

• Ideally based in Switzerland
