For aniconic Luxury Maison active in the Watch & Jewellery sector, we arecurrently seeking for their future International Sales Training Manager.The Training Manager ensures Corporate SalesTraining and Brand Retail Excellence Standards are consistently met. In thisrole, and with the support of the Training network, you are responsiblefor managing, developing and executing programs, systems, tools, practices,measures, and rewards in order to establish a highly sales-driven, customerfocused organization for Retail and Franchised boutiques.POSITIONContent DevelopmentAct as the driving force in the development of the International SalesTraining standards for the boutique's population.Key Topics to address will be: The Brandsales ceremony; Cross-selling methods; Remote selling;Retail systems (Cegid, Salesforce), etc.Ensure that content contributes to teams achieving their Retail KPIsCreate and update the training path for: Boutique New Hires, SalesAssociates, Boutique Managers, Retail Managers, Area Sales Managers, SalesTrainers and Distributors.Support Retail department and Franchised boutiques, aligning efforts toaddress needs and gaps, helping to standardize best practices, trainingprograms and modules to infuse sales growth.Ensure the essential training for WS sales teams are available anddeployed (product modules)Responsible for the retail onboarding process definition and coordinatethe roll out by local retail or HR teamsResponsible for leading, improving and deploying the corporate retailcoaching program for Boutique ManagersSeminars (on-site or virtual seminars)Organize regular boutique manager seminars as well as welcome seminarsfor newcomersCreate, lead, communicate and organize Retail incentive programs withinthe Retail and Corporate networkLead and execute global Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiatives about retailand sales specific content to deploy content to regional training network,supporting in-country sales training teams to build robust commercialsolutions.Effectively model and coach training managers in facilitation andtraining excellence about retail and sales specific content (TTT), including WSarea sales managers based at the HQ in GenevaCoordinate and organize staff factory visitCoordinate and organize Brand & CRM ambassador seminarsCoordinate and follow up on Crime control seminar (Security-LossPrevention), in collaboration with external partnersTraining projectsPropose, launch and follow-up a customer experience program (Mysteryshopping or any related program) in all sales channelsCreate, monitor and track store visit meetingsParticipate in the deployment of external partners Training-LearningprojectsManagementShow proof of leadership, especially within a matrix environmentDevelop a formal and informal working relationship with local trainers (WW)Monitor the actual training curriculums and programs in the boutiquenetworkGather feedback and ensure corporate training identity and processes areup to standardsAnticipate the future development of team membersHold monthly meetings with direct and dotted line reports (localtraining managers) on retail training topicsBe mindful of team member's well-being and provide a healthy workenvironmentPromote and show alignment with corporate decisionsPROFILESales experience in the luxury industry (soft or hard luxury)+5 years of Educating, Training and Coaching experienceAn understanding of training methodologies and techniques and adultlearning principles and practicesStrong sales and results orientation (Retail KPIs driven)Strong drive and self-motivationExperience in developing educational training programsTeam management experience (local / remote)Strong presentation and coaching skillsStrong leadership, creativity and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsFluency in English and French, other languages highly appreciatedIf the prospectof this position motivates you and you can prove that you have the necessaryexperience and skills in line with our criteria, we would be more thaninterested in getting to know you through an application including CV and coverletter (certificates and diplomas can follow at a later stage).
