We are looking for a Reconciliation Specialist available ASAP for a duration of 6 months.

Main Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily cash, securities, and fund reconciliations within defined timelines.

• Investigate and resolve outstanding items in collaboration with internal teams.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines.

• Produce periodic reports for management and relevant departments.

• Support various projects and process improvements within the reconciliation area.

• Identify potential risk areas and escalate issues when necessary.

Profile
Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• First experience or internship in banking operations or reconciliations is an advantage.

• Good command of Excel and MS Office tools.

• Knowledge of Swift and reconciliation systems such as GTExchange or GTMatch is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Reliable, curious, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with strong communication skills.

• Resident in Switzerland.
