To provide administrative and operational support to team of Relationship Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to 1 or more Relationship Managers as well as other
  • Account Managers in your team.Promptly answer client queries received via various communication channels, ensuring a comprehensive and appropriate response is provided
  • Support Relationship Managers and Account Managers in the preparation of periodic reviews, respecting both the timeliness and high-quality expectations of the Bank
  • Under the direction of the Relationship Manager, liaise with clients to obtain relevant information and documents to address any outstanding queries and ensure that all transactions and Know Your Client information is complete and up-to-date.

Expected Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both French and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Polite and professional approach, with prior experience in client-handling roles
  • Knowledge and experience of the Swiss banking environment consistent with client handling and regulatory requirements.

Valid working permit for Switzerland
