For one of our clients, we are looking for a Relationship Manager GER / ENG in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva or Luxembourg. The collaborator will manage and develop the German client book of the company. - Integration in the structure ;Client Relationship Management :Maintaining good client relationship with private clients, affluent, HNWI and UHNWI and answering all their requests;Business Development: Identifying, targeting, and establishing relationships with potential clients in Germany and Swiss-German part ;Portfolio Management: Effectively managing existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new investment opportunities;Product Knowledge: Providing expert knowledge of investment products to guide clients in making informed decisions;Sales Support: Collaborating closely with the marketing and communication team to develop tailored strategies for the German market and the Swiss-German market;Contract Negotiation: Participating in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with local partners;Reporting & Follow-Up: Preparing regular reports on investment performance and client satisfaction. Participation of the day to day in the office. Profile
- Diploma in Finance, Economics or Business;Similar and significant first professional parcours professionnel in client relationship management and / or business development with private clients ;Strong interest and knowledge to financial instrument and financial markets;Good knowledge of MS Office and banking software;German native language;English fluent language;French as an asset;Easy going, willingness to learn, client oriented & sense of detail.
