Senior Accountant / CFO Location: Geneva, Switzerland

AIC Travel Group SA, a Swiss company with over 20 years of experience in the B2B travel industry, is looking for a Senior Accountant / CFO to join our team in Geneva.

Key Requirements:

• Solid accounting and finance background, with proven experience up to the finalization and closing of annual financial statements.

• Proven experience in the travel & hospitality industry (strongly preferred).

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with accounting software, especially Odoo.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory requirement.

• Experience in team management and leadership skills.

• Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication skills with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision of general accounting and financial reporting.

• Full responsibility for the accounting cycle, including closing of annual financial statements.

• Management and development of the accounting/finance team.

• Handling relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Managing supplier payments and customer payments/collections.

• Monitoring and managing currency exchange operations, including daily fluctuation risks.

• Supporting the executive team with financial analysis and strategic reporting.

• Optimization of accounting and financial processes.
