You will support the Head in developing and managing corporate and trade finance activities - including corporate lending, SME financing, syndicated and project finance, and commodity finance. You will also help strengthen relationships with financial institutions, supporting interbank business lines while managing portfolios, originating new deals, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Description
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
•
Identify new business opportunities and participate in marketing and client acquisition initiatives.
•
Prepare and present credit proposals, follow the full approval process, and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders (including legal counsel) for documentation and execution.
•
Lead and contribute to industry and regional business planning to align with the bank's strategy.
•
Promote and cross-sell the full range of corporate banking products: loans, deposits, trade finance, FX, cash management, and capital markets instruments.
•
Collaborate internally across departments and, when relevant, within the group network to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
•
Oversee post-lending management and ongoing monitoring of credit exposures within the assigned portfolio.
•
Support management with reporting, performance tracking, and administrative tasks related to departmental operations.
•
Prepare financial analyses, portfolio reviews, and reporting for internal and regulatory purposes.
•
Ensure all client and credit records are accurate and up to date.
•
Perform and document KYC/KYB checks and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Profile
•
Education & Experience
•
University degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
•
Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, including at least 5 years in corporate finance, trade finance, or lending.
•
Proven knowledge of structured finance and corporate banking products.
•
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and structure complex transactions.
Skills & Competencies
•
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
•
Strong command of English; French or German required. Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
•
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•
High attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
•
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and client service orientation.
