• Editorial -Digital Content Production Specialist, you will support the production, formatting, editing, and quality control of digital content and documentation. You will join ateam of 5 specialists, contributing to accurate, compliant, and timely content delivery within a structured process environment. • Our client is a large organization operating within the Not For Profit sector. They are dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration on a global scale. The role sits within a collaborative content production team supporting multilingual activities. Description
• Process content from the perspective of content structure and layout (text, associated styling or markup, and graphical elements) in both XML-based (OSD) and Word-based workflows
• Provide consistent, stable, and harmonized semantically rich content for files for ballot, editing and publication
• Actively contribute to the development and testing of XML tools, such as macros, import routines and XSLTPerform quality control of the converted Word-based standards to XML-based documents, document tagging and content errors
• Contribute to the harmonization of working practices for production of content between MS Word and XML to facilitate the transition from an MS Word-based workflow to an XML-based workflow

• Must Have Technical Skills
• Experience In Editing, correcting documents
• Advanced expertise in XML (mandatory) Very advanced Microsoft Word skills (mandatory) Strong experience incontent editing, structured documentation, or digital publishing
• Excellent written and verbal communication in
• English (C1 level required), C1 in French is ideal
