Senior Associate - Tax Consultant



Your Impact

  • Provide tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of multinational and corporate clients, supporting them in optimizing their tax position
  • Contribute to tax due diligence, audits and tax controversy work, including interactions with tax authorities
  • Support complex cross-border projects, including structuring, acquisitions, and reorganizations, particularly in multi-jurisdictional environments
  • Analyze legal frameworks, financial data, and case law to deliver practical and tax-efficient solutions
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across jurisdictions, ensuring smooth project coordination and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to high-quality service delivery

Your Skill Set

  • You have 3–7 years of experience in tax advisory, ideally within a Big4 or professional services environment
  • Strong background in corporate tax, tax structuring, and tax compliance
  • Experience working on multi-jurisdictional projects or international tax topics
  • Solid understanding of legal frameworks and financial statements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work on complex tax matters with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in client-facing roles and delivering high-quality outputs
  • Team-oriented, with proven collaboration across functions and geographies
  • Currently pursuing or holding a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA) or advanced degree in tax or law
