Cytosurge is scaling its commercial reach across academia, biotech, and pharma. We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can bring our story to life and drive results. Someone who translates strategy into action, leads people, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.
In this role, you will shape how we present ourselves to the world and connect our commercial goals with the real scientific value we deliver.
Your Challenge

Develop and execute a clear, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with our growth priorities

Position Cytosurge as a premium player in cell and gene editing instrumentation and services, reinforcing differentiation and value

Translate strategic discussions into actionable marketing initiatives and measurable KPI’s

Oversee the full marketing mix (digital, content, campaigns, PR, and events), ensuring consistency of message and ROI focus

Implement and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital demand-generation programs targeting biotech, pharma, and life sciences customers

Lead website, brand, and content development projects

Translate complex scientific concepts into compelling, value-based narratives that resonate across technical and business audiences

Build internal alignment and clarity around marketing priorities, helping teams understand and champion our brand story

Manage and mentor the marketing team (consisting of 2 team members) while balancing strategic guidance with hands-on involvement

Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration

Ensure efficient coordination with external agencies, suppliers and partners
Your Profile

At least 10 years of experience in marketing within life sciences, medtech, or biotech, ideally with exposure to both instruments and services models

Proven track record of leadership experience, equipping you with excellent leadership and people management skills

Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that generate measurable commercial outcomes

Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, including ABM, MQL/SQL conversion, and digital campaign performance

Skilled at navigating internal dynamics, building consensus, and communicating across executive and technical teams

Balance of strategic clarity and operational execution – you thrive in environments where structure and creativity must coexist

You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy rolling up your sleeves

Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
