As a successful family-owned business, we are always looking for talented people to strengthen our dynamic team. With a continuously growing product portfolio and a strong focus on the future, this is your opportunity to become part of an exciting and promising journey.

We are a global leader in biological crop protection, distributing our products to over 60 countries worldwide. Our portfolio is fully dedicated to biological solutions, helping to promote sustainable agriculture and supporting our vision of healthy food and a healthy environment for all.

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to drive business development, maintain operations, and foster growth in the designated region.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead all sales and business activities in Latin America and potentially further countries
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure business growth and retention in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and report key insights to the management team.
  • Support the annual business and budget planning process based on the company’s sales strategy.
  • Ensure efficient communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support distribution partners with product knowledge, technical positioning, and application-related questions in close collaboration with internal teams.

Your profile

  • Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the drive to work independently and take initiative.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; German is an advantage.
  • Confident in interacting with customers, open to trying new things, and well-organized.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required (up to 30%).
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture and international business development. First professional experience is a plus, but not required – we also welcome applications from recent graduates.

What we offer

  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment with an open culture
  • A role in a future-oriented industry
  • Appreciation, trust, and openness within the company
  • A stable and financially healthy environment
  • Support and encouragement for your professional development
