We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Technology Specialist based in Härkingen who will be responsible for the operation, design, and development of our SAP system landscape across the RONAL GROUP. In this role, you will advise stakeholders, ensure incident management, and drive the implementation of modern SAP technologies, including Cloud ALM and SAP Fiori applications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise stakeholders on practical SAP architectures and integrations

• Implement and expand group-wide SAP Fiori applications

• Support the group-wide rollout of Cloud ALM technology

• Set up, operate, and further develop SAP HANA and cloud-based systems (e.g. AFI, Concur, SuccessFactors)

• Design SAP system architectures and manage operations

• Manage SAP transport management in conjunction with ServiceNow ITSM

• Handle incident tickets within your SAP area, including thorough documentation

• Act as a sub-project manager for SAP system lifecycle implementations in cooperation with external partners

• Contribute to the architecture of future landscapes, tools, and processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed apprenticeship as an Informatiker EFZ (Swiss Federal Diploma in IT) or a degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics

• Minimum 5 years of professional SAP experience (ECC / HANA); sub-project leadership experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud, BTP, and Fiori applications; ABAP skills desirable

• Experience with IDOC environments and providing 2nd level user support

• Strong interest in new technologies with an independent, solution-oriented mindset

• Team player with a positive, open attitude who is resilient and reliable

• High customer and service orientation with confidence and assertiveness

• Fluent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus

• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
