Senior Industrialisation Project Manager – MedTech

Lead the design and industrialisation of high precision custom-built machines for the production of medical devices

Based in the Neuchâtel canton, our client is a highly innovative Swiss MedTech company with nearly 100 years of precision engineering expertise. Recognized worldwide for the quality of its products and its capacity for innovation, the company designs, manufactures, and distributes its own micro-precision instruments that improve safety and efficiency of medical treatments. Our client designs and develops its own production machines and equipment dedicated to the automated manufacturing of its instruments.

for a senior and resilient engineer to lead the development of

custom-built production machines

for the healthcare industry. To strengthen its industrialization team, our client is looking for a

Senior Industrialisation Project Manager – MedTech.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will invent, develop and industrialize custom-built machines that manufacture high-precision medical devices used worldwide. You will lead key projects from conception through commissioning, including next-generation CNC machines, advanced packaging and automation systems, thermal or surface treatment process or processes improvement. Your work contributes directly to medical devices that improve treatments worldwide, combining Swiss precision engineering with healthcare impact.

Main tasks

•

Lead complex projects in the design, development, validation, and commissioning of cutting-edge production machines and equipment

•

Define project scope, specifications, schedules, budgets, and ensure successful delivery

•

Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress

•

Select and coordinate suppliers and external partners

•

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials

•

Ensure that production processes and equipment meet product requirements and regulatory standards

Your profile

•

Engineer in Industrial Systems, Industrial Design, Mechanics or equivalent

•

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization or machine design and construction

•

Proven experience in project management, in a medical devices’ environment is a plus

•

Strong skills in 3D CAD design software and PLC integration/programming

•

Fluent in French and English

•

Highly resilient and organized, versatile, and solution-oriented
