Through its work, Tech Solutions fosters innovation, operational efficiency, and a seamless digital experience across the institution.To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.The mission of theCloud Infrastructure Engineeris to contribute to EHL’s current cloud transition, help the Digital Foundation team in maintaining operational continuity and help implement digital projects in the scope of EHL’s education and hospitality framework.What will you do?Manage and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 environments (IaaS / PaaS, Power Platform).Contribute to build the Information System architecture (Network, Servers, Data and Applications).Pioneer new technologies to the Business Relation Managers.Contribute to strengthen IT security for our hybrid & multi-site environment.Provide creative solutions to problems which may arise in the cloud & on-premise infrastructure and network.Improve and centralize the Information System observability in order to proactively detect performance bottlenecks and recurrent issues.Participate in the cloud migration of the institutional assets.Maintain documentation to improve compliance to governance standards.Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft & other industry leaders’ trends and technologies.Who you are?You have a Master’s Degree in computer science or equivalent.You have certifications in the Microsoft 365 and/or Azure Administration (AZ 104, AZ 500). Certifications in other cloud platforms are a definite asset.You have 4 to 8 years' experience in a similar position.You have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Microsoft 365 and the Power platform.You have experience in administering a Windows and Linux server environment on VMware.You have strong problem-solving, decision-making and troubleshooting skills.You have experience working with Scrum methodology,knowledge of Azure DevOps is an asset.You have experience working in an on-premise infrastructure environment.You have the ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersYou have excellent communication and presentation skills.You are fluent in French (C1) and in English (C1).
