• Process supplier invoices end to end, including AP inbox monitoring, invoice uploads, PO matching, and coordinating approvals. Resolve invoice discrepancies and monitor workflow exceptions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor master data. Assist teams with PO creation, follow ups, and updates as needed. Review and validate employee expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and preparing related journal entries. Handle daily AP operational

• Background in
• Accounts Payable and the full Procure to Pay process, in a role focused onhands on, day to day AP execution, ideally in an operational environment. Ability to manage a mix ofmanual and system driven invoice processing, including PO handling, issue resolution, andconsistent follow up within existing workflows. Strong attention to detail, rigor, and the ability toensure compliance and accuracy of established AP processeswhile supporting a growing finance function.
