of theF&B Supervisor - Banquetis to oversee daily operations to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. They lead and train the team, manage service flow, and maintain quality across all aspects of the dining experience. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating with the kitchen and handling guest feedback. Their

is to create a memorable and seamless dining experience that reflects EHL’s values of excellence and hospitality. What will you do Participate in the smooth running of the service
- Participate in the supervision of students
- Work with the Assistant Banquet Manager in its various daily activities
- Organize the setting up and setting down of events
- Participate in the promotion of the EHL brand
- Coordinate with kitchen and event planners for seamless execution
- Ensure all event spaces are properly arranged and maintained
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Prepare event reports and communicate feedback to management
- Oversee the flow of service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Who you are You have CFC or equivalent
QUALIFICATIONS
and Advanced training in hospitality
- You have 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- You are rigorous and detail oriented
- You have parcours professionnel in high-volume
- You are patient and effective pedagogue
- You work efficiently and with passion
- You are polyvalent and you adapt quickly to new situations
- You are fluent in French & English (C1) What
