Job description
As part of a new mandate for a fintech project, we are looking for a Fintech-focused Legal Counsel (m/f/d) capable of producing very high-quality legal materials—especially clear, structured, and impactful presentations—as well as handling various types of correspondence with
FINMA
and law firms.
You will work on a strategic mission of at least 3 months, coordinating a full project to provide deep expertise on the regulatory aspects of a fintech activity.
Key responsibilities
•
Prepare high-level legal presentations (PowerPoint) for clients, partners, and authorities.
•
Translate complex legal topics into visual, educational, and accessible content.
•
Provide expertise across key areas: Fintech, Swiss and European financial regulations, data protection, AML, governance, IT/SaaS contracts, AI & automation.
Profil:
•
Experienced Legal Counsel with experience and/or strong interest in Fintech, financial law, and/or banking regulation.
•
Strong ability to synthesize, simplify, and structure legal information.
•
Advanced command of presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canvas).
•
Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, solution-oriented.
•
Comfortable in an environment combining law, technology, automation, and data.
Langues
•
French or English or German - C1 level
