MISSIONS

is to ensure cohesive messaging across all campuses and channels by overseeing internal communication, external communication, digital communication, and content & media activities. The department provides guidelines, tools, and communication frameworks to support all business units, ensuring that EHL’s voice, values, and standards are reflected in every interaction. It contributes to maintaining a strong institutional identity, supporting organizational initiatives, and enhancing engagement among students, staff, faculty, and external stakeholders. Internal Communications Intern - 100% (12 months) Your responsibilities

• Support production and sending of internal messages across campuses. Organize events to engage internal audiences. Help create internal engagement campaigns. Write, translate, review and send internal mass messages. Create and publish online content for the Myehl intranet. Organize information sessions for staff and/or students (rooms booking, invitations, agenda, recording). Create presentations and produce reporting for the team. Design and implement internal engagement campaigns. Produce creative content for internal channels. Who you are?Recently graduated from a degree program or CFC in the fields of communication / marketing / business management/ journalism / literature. Proficiency in English and French is required; German is a plus. Strong writing and editing skills. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e. , Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. What
