TASKS
Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, accounts, M365, and productivity tools while resolving tickets promptly. Prepare, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS devices for new hires during the onboarding process. Handle account management (onboarding/offboarding) and perform routine user access updates. Maintain an accurate IT inventory including laptops, mobile phones, and various accessories. Assist with basic network troubleshooting and ensure devices meet security
REQUIREMENTS
and compliance. We are looking for
- Professional or university degree in Information Technology (CFC, Bachelor, or equivalent). Similiar experience in IT support (L1/L2) with proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. Fluent in both English and French
