Operational Oversight and Quality Assurance:Assistance with planning, supervising and evaluation of the Sport Events, support in ensuring quality control, milestone tracking, reporting of event progress, effective coordination and communication between FISU and Local Organising Committee and coordination across functional areas and host organisations. Ensuring compliance with FISU regulations by the organisers. Closure of the Event (Documentation, Evaluation and Knowledge Transfer):Assistance in documentation and evaluation of Sport Events by collecting and archiving event information, updating the FISU database and assisting with event follow-up for continuous improvement. Ensuring the transfer of knowledge from one organising committee to the next. Stakeholder Coordination and Collaboration:Collaborate with partners (CUSFs, NUSFs, Universities, International Sport Federations and Organisation Committees) to align practices, coordinate calendars, manage technical delegates appointments, and develop partnerships that ensure the Sport Events meet international standards and promote sport development. Project management:Support project leadership in project realisation by using standard project management methods. Documents, Presentations,Reporting:Assistance in the preparation of documents for the attention of the Chief Sports Officer and the Secretary General. Internal Collaboration:Cross-departmental collaboration and support, in particular supporting other FISU departments in organising events, managing key documents and reports, contributing to strategy development and coordinating initiatives with departments such as Marketing, Media and Technology.
