• Lead a team of 4 talented Backend Engineers across various web3 backend projects- Architect and implement high-reliability backend services (using Type
• Script & Rust) that support core blockchain-enabled products. - Build APIs, data pipelines, and internal tooling to streamline platform scalability and performance. - Lead the full development lifecycle"”from system design to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent, secure, and robust system behavior. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev
