Summary
For one of my pharmaceutical clients, I am currently looking for a
Packaging Engineer
to support commercial packaging activities, working closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Development teams and external CMOs.
Key Responsibilities
•
Oversight of commercial packaging activities performed at CMOs.
•
Management and resolution of packaging deviations in collaboration with QA and Supply Chain teams.
•
Acting as owner and/or technical expert for Change Controls and Deviations.
•
Review and approval of packaging documentation (Risk Assessments, validations, packaging records, APQR, CPV).
•
Leading packaging validation activities for small molecule products (oral solid dosage forms).
•
Participation in CMO audits as a Packaging Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Profile
•
Engineering degree or equivalent in Packaging, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
•
Experience in the
pharmaceutical industry within packaging operations.
•
Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and packaging validation.
•
Experience with oral solid dosage forms;
semi-solid dosage forms are a plus.
•
Comfortable working with CMOs
and cross-functional teams.
•
Fluent in English
; French is an asset.
