• Financial Accounting & Month-End Closing
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities. Prepare journal entries (discounts, rebates, deferrals, deductions, return provisions). Calculate bad debt provisions. Apply revenue cut?off rules and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Ensure correct accounting of lease revenue. Reconcile all revenue?related balance sheet accounts. Ensure accuracy of revenue accounting and shipment cut?off. Ensure compliance with US, Swiss GAAP, SOX, and internal policies. Support year?end audit preparation. Provide ongoing support to the GL team. AR Management
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and statements accurately and on time. Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts. Reconcile AR sub-ledger with the general ledger. Resolve payment discrepancies. Reconcile bank statements with accounting records. Work with customers to clear unapplied payments. Serve as escalation point for AR clerks. Act as main
