In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a fast-growing international company. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support across various departments, including HR and Finance. Provide general administrative support, including handling mail and professional correspondence. Assist with HR duties such as preparing work certificates and verifying employee timesheets. Support the Finance department with reporting and account consolidation

• Currently a student in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A first experience in administration and a strong mastery of MS Office (especially Excel). English at a fluent level (working language) and French. Organized, social, and intellectually curious with a strong ability to take initiative.
