Supply Chain Specialist

The Supply Chain Specialist supports daily operations to ensure an efficient and timely supply chain across Europe and other regions.
Based in Switzerland, the role reports to the Associate Director, Inventory, Logistics & Distribution and collaborates with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

•
Manage order fulfillment for selected customers and distributors.

•
Oversee logistics from European CMOs and 3PLs.

•
Handle product returns and sample processes.

•
Support donation and serialization activities.

•
Help resolve SAP incidents to ensure inventory accuracy.

•
Contribute to process improvements and maintain work instructions.

•
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and GDP/GMP regulations.

Profile

•
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.

•
Experience in logistics or distribution within the life sciences industry.

•
Knowledge of GMP/GDP standards.

•
SAP experience highly preferred.

•
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
