Tâches

• Contribuez à la conception de systèmes de test pour la fiabilité des semi-conducteurs.

The opportunity

Join our Product Evaluation and Qualification team at Hitachi Energy Semiconductors and help us ensure the performance of our semiconductor chips and power modules. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects in a global environment, contributing to technologies that power renewable energy, traction, and E-mobility. This internship of 6 – 12 months offers hands-on experience in advanced test system design and the chance to grow alongside experienced engineers.

How you’ll make an impact
• Contribute to the design of test systems for semiconductor reliability and electrical measurements

• Implement test systems using appropriate hardware and software components

• Ensure accurate measurement of required values during testing

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in test systems

• Document design, implementation, and test results clearly and thoroughly

• Collaborate closely with the team to meet project goals

• Present your results and demonstrate system functionality to the team

Your background
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field

• Strong understanding of circuit design and programming (C, C++, or Python)

• Familiar with test equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor testing and characterization

• Creative problem-solver with an independent and proactive mindset paired with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
