What can you expect?
• On-site customer support at the customer's branch
• Troubleshooting, testing and fault clearance of devices and IT systems in the data center and onsite
• Planning and installation of hardware, uninstallation and relocation of devices, including connectivity tests
• Logistics and warehouse management services for the organization of spare parts
• Processing and follow-up of warranty cases with the manufacturer
• Implementation of preventive maintenance
• Communication with the customer's technical contacts
• Support in the execution of projects at the customer's site
What do you bring with you?
• Completed vocational training as IT technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience as IT system technician or comparable
• Good technical understanding and ability to independently analyze and solve problems
• Affinity for hardware and knowledge of IBM, HP, DELL or similar manufacturers for maintenance and service
• Independent work and customer-oriented appearance
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Category B driving license
