Responsibilities
As a Shop Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Leading, motivating, and managing the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyzing sales data and preparing regular performance reports for management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
Qualifications

- Fluency in German & English
