As a Senior standardization specialist you will manage all commercial parts of our mechanical / fluidics technologies within the R&D team.
Your responsibilities:
Your skills:
• Ensure high quality on data of the technical database
• Promote the reuse of existing standard materials
• Ensure that creation requests are compliant with R&D and purchasing strategies
• Interact with R&Ds, purchasing department and suppliers
• Manage the life cycle of commercial parts including obsolescence
• Create and modify the materials and the technical documentation in the ERP
• Manage and give feedback on the requested jobs via the SharePoint list of requests
• Collaborate with SPM team in India
• Good knowledge on technical datasheets and drawings reading, ability to find required information and keep essential data
• Ability to analyze technical requests and suggest solutions through existing materials
• Autonomous in daily business, positive team spirit in service life
• Takes ownership and responsibility
• Ease to lead technical meetings, make presentations and write reports
• Methodical, conscientious and disciplined
• Feel comfortable exchanging directly with worldwide R&D teams, purchasing teams and suppliers

Your background:
• Senior technician level with at least 5 years of experience in a technical position
• High technical level on mechanical / fluidical commercial parts
• Expertise in the ERP knowledge, SAP is highly recommended
• Good knowledge of the Engineering Change Management process
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and MS Teams, MS Excel is mandatory

Communication written and verbal:
French and English mandatory
German is an asset
