Objet du poste / Raison d’être du poste :

• L’ingénieur maintenance assure la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des installations pour un secteur de production. Il/elle doit s’assurer de l’efficacité des ressources et maîtriser les coûts de maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Garantir la conformité des contrôles légaux sur les installations, dans le respect des exigences légales de la Suisse. Contrôler et démontrer les niveaux de conformité exigés et atteints.

• Responsable de l’élaboration de la stratégie de maintenance du secteur, en alignement avec les besoins du site, du domaine de production concerné et des produits.

• Etablir et piloter le budget maintenance pour son domaine de responsabilité.

• Analyser les problèmes et piloter l’amélioration continue de la maintenance de sons secteur

• Etablir des budgets de maintenance pour approbation dans les domaines de responsabilité. Avec des critères justificatifs clairs pour les niveaux de dépense conformes à la stratégie d’Actifs et de Maintenance.

• Elaborer les plans de rénovation des installations, piloter les demandes de crédits associées, réceptionner les travaux.

• Faire progresser la fiabilité des installations de son secteur

• Animer l’équipe de maintenance, d’intervention et de projets du secteur.

• Au besoin, remplacer un collègue ingénieur de maintenance d’un autre secteur si la charge le nécessite

Qualifications

• Formation d’ingénieur dans un domaine technique ou expérience jugée équivalente

• Anglais et français courant

• Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, leadership naturel, à l’aise dans le management transversal

• Connaissance de la réglementation suisse et son application dans les industries de process (ex : OPAM)

• Expérience d’ingénierie et de maintenance dans une industrie de process (minimum 3 ans)

• Connaissance techniques solides dans plusieurs domaines appliqués dans notre industrie

• Connaissance des analyses de risque procédé

• Expérience de gestion de budget

• Etre à l’aise dans les contacts humains et avoir un bon esprit d’équipe

• Capacité de négociation, d’influence et de motivation

• Capacité à gérer l’ambiguïté

• Très fort développement de l’esprit client

• Flexibilité et faculté d’adaptation rapide
