- Track record of improving operational performance through collaborative, cross-functional work
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact across all levels of the organisation
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
