To support our campus operations and contribute to the daily expertise of our students and staff, we are currently looking for a :Kitchen Chef
- Main duties and Responsibilities :Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operation of the kitchen
- Supervise the purchase, delivery, storage of all equipment and supplies in accordance with the school’s standards
- Lead and supervise daily food production and coordinate operational activities with the kitchen team
- Ensure the smooth running of stewarding operations in collaboration with the service team
- Maintain strong coordination and communication with the restaurant and outlets service teams
- Ensure the consistent production of high-quality food for students, staff, and visitors within the allocated budget, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in a culinary school as a Cook (Professional Certificate or equivalent),Minimum 3 years’ parcours professionnel as a Head Chef OR 5 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
- Creative team player with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Fluent in French and English written and spoken
