Service Team Leader
In this role, you will oversee servicemedium voltage,low voltage switchgear and power generator set (genset) projects, within the Electrification Service division in Switzerland, mainly in the French speaking region, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones. Drawing on your broad experience as a project leader, you will ensure that project results are continuously improved beyond defined targets while meeting all requirements – covering every aspect from the identification of objectives to the fulfillment of all ABB obligations.

This position serves to the Service division of Electrification Business and is based in Switzerland.

Your main accountabilities will be:
•
Project accountability for services related to medium voltage, low voltage switchgear, power generator set (genset) and electrical distribution systems projects, considering all technical, scheduling, and commercial objectives
•
Regularly communicating with customers, suppliers, and company units, in addition to coordinating tasks. Furthermore, supporting service sales and tendering team
•
Managing activities in accordance with the project plan and processes as well as monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
•
Overseeing maintenance contracts through end-to-end management of customers or their production sites and creating service and maintenance concepts
What we're looking for:
•
Electrical and/or mechanical engineer with 5+ years of experience in project management and holding a project management certification (f.ex. PMP, IPMA or similar). Additional experience in Service Business is welcome
•
Technical background in the field of power generation, medium and low voltage switchgear is highly appreciated
•
Solid French and English language skills. German and Italian are welcome.
•
Personality open to varied situations with demonstrable organizational and leadership abilities, together with good communication skills and the capacity to be focused in a constantly evolving environment
•
You are attentive, customer-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
•
You’ll have the opportunity to explore different locations in Switzerland, with up to 20% travel as part of your work
