Your Mission
•
Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications
•
Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries, and customers on the use of ETEL products
•
Create, maintain, and update training and course materials
•
Generate and update application and technical notes
•
Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in different customer contexts
•
Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs
•
Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of ETEL products
•
Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products and assist them during customer negotiations
•
Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests and demonstration
•
Recommend product improvements
•
This function includes around 20% of business travel
Your Profile
•
Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent)
•
5 years’ experience in the field of applications engineering
•
Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset
•
Good programming skills such as C /C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
•
Knowledge of control/regulation theory
•
Fluent written and spoken English, French is a plus
