MISSIONS

Directly reporting to the Head of Product Management, you are part of the Business Development Department. You will be the strategic owner of one or several product line(s), driving product innovation and ensuring market success. Acting as a key link between engineering, sales, and customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining ETEL’s leadership in the high-precision motion control industry. In addition you will:Define and execute product strategy in line with ETEL’s business objectives

• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, continuous improvement and potentially obsolescence
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and technical requirement documents
• Ensure product feasibility and market fit through close collaboration with R&D and vertical sales
• Ensures anticipated resources allocation, prepares consistent and motivated budget requests, commits and delivers announced ROIs. Own product quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactively plan and coordinate key product and market activities: lifecycle transitions, marketing campaigns, business development efforts, visibility initiatives, etc. Prepare and support product launches, including internal training and promotional materials

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree in engineering or scientific field with 10 years in industrial and technical B2B environment5 years as a Product Manager or 10 years as a Technical Sales Engineer. Background in high-tech industries such as semiconductors, photonics, robotics, automation, machine tools, medical, or similar

• Skilled in Product Lifecycle Management, project and risk management, and business model development
• Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, leadership, and organizational skills
• Professional level spoken English required. French is a plus
• Self-motivated, curious, pro-active and collaborative mindset
