REQUIREMENTS
across work areas. Design 5S foam layouts using on site CAD software. Place orders for foam inserts based on approved designs. Implement and validate foam solutions upon delivery. Support Lean Management initiatives on efficiency, flow, and waste reduction. Contribute to workstation organization and visual management updates. Observe workflows and suggest simple improvement opportunities. Maintain proper documentation of all implemented changes. - Junior engineering graduate or early stage engineering student. Basic experience or comfort with CAD tools (internal training provided).
