YOUR TASKS:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team, supporting financial engineering in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a solid understanding of financial instruments, particularly structured products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with Front Office teams and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of complex financial products.
• Booking of structured products;
• Booking of primary and secondary market orders;
• Sending trade confirmations to clients and counterparties;
• Performing documentation checks and controls;
• Setting up valuation processes and verifying data reliability;
• Monitoring transaction settlements;
• Monitoring the lifecycle of structured products and proposing reinvestment options for matured products;
• Managing corporate actions (OST) related to existing products.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
• Fluent in French and English with proficiency with analytic skills;
• Knowledge of structured products;
• Familiarity with Lexifi tool is a plus;
• Programming knowledge, basic skills in Python;
• Dynamic and detail focused with good interpersonal skills, willing to work and learn in a demanding and challenging environment with high activity.
