Your Tasks
- Plan and execute qualification test programs and implement novel materials, technologies and processes
- Compile and revise technical documentation such as Process Specifications, Engineering Standards and Engineering Reports
- Lead materials and process projects in the field of Surface Treatments and organic Coatings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
- Support Engineering, Production, Quality and Customer Support in materials and process topics as well as material failure analyses
- Ensure compliance of materials and processes with EASA, FAA and FOCA regulations as well as with environmental and regulatory standards such as REACH and RoHS
With this you convince us
- MSc degree in Materials Science or Materials Engineering
- Demonstrate strong expertise in materials and in Surface Treatment and Coating processes
- Good German and English skills at B2 level with a cooperative and proactive personality
- Apply analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges
- Work independently with a flexible, committed, and target-oriented mindset
- Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, showing strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
