TASKS

Lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, and high-level timelines
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), risks, and market launch strategies
• Ensure transparent, timely, and audience-appropriate communication across all stakeholder groups
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to scope, quality, cost, and milestones
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues
• Oversee and prioritize project

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a similar project management role

• Solid knowledge of project management tools (e. , MS Project); PMI certification is an advantage
• Ability to work autonomously, challenge objectives constructively, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, production, purchasing, quality, and other cross-functional partners
• Strong command of English and German at a professional level
