Missions
•
This role reports directly to the Data & Applications Manager and will be the primary connection between key business stakeholders and our technical support team
•
Collaborate with business units to translate their requirements into SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency
•
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP system with our support and hosting supplier
•
Ensure the integration of SAP systems with other business applications
•
Provide technical support and training for SAP process owners
•
Coordinate with the Data & Applications Manager to ensure alignment of data strategies supporting the company growth
•
Promote data-driven decision making by identifying business needs and implementing BI solutions
•
Collaborate with the Data Engineer to develop and improve data architecture, data modeling, and data integration processes
•
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to identify opportunities to enhance business capabilities
Profile
•
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
•
3 years of proven experience in SAP (S/4HANA)
•
Broad knowledge of the SAP architecture
•
Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Excel, ...)
•
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL are an asset
•
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•
Detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
•
Working level fluency in French and English are a must
•
Experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven industrial environment is a plus
