Our client is a well-established and highly regarded regional bank with a strong presence across Eastern Switzerland. To strengthen the corporate banking team, we are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven professional to manage and further develop a portfolio of corporate clients across the region.

About the Role
In this position, you will advise SME and corporate clients on a broad range of financing and banking solutions while acting as a trusted long-term partner to your client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
•
Managing and developing an existing portfolio of corporate clients across Eastern Switzerland
•
Advising clients on financing solutions, credit structures, and broader banking services
•
Assessing and structuring credit applications and developing tailored financing concepts
•
Taking credit decisions within delegated authority levels
•
Building long-term client relationships and actively acquiring new business opportunities
•
Expanding and maintaining a strong regional network among entrepreneurs and local stakeholders
•
Representing the bank at client meetings, networking events, and regional business functions
•
Contributing to strategic initiatives and internal projects where relevant

About the Candidate
We are looking for an experienced corporate banking professional with strong relationship management skills and a solid track record in financing advisory within the Swiss market.
You will ideally bring:
•
Several years of experience in corporate banking, with a strong focus on financing and credit advisory
•
Experience managing and developing client portfolios within the SME and corporate segment
•
Strong understanding of credit structuring and risk assessment
•
A well-established network within Eastern Switzerland would be advantageous
•
A commercial banking background combined with further education in banking, finance, or business administration (HF/FH level or equivalent)
•
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with strong client and service orientation
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•
Fluency in German is essential
