THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRINGMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Micro-Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in new product development and project/program management within high-reliability or regulated industries (Nuclear, Medical, Aerospace,. Strong understanding of cable assemblies, electromechanical connectors, sealing & shielding systems, or harsh-environment packaging. Experience operating within complex, multi-partner ecosystems (research institutes, scientific teams, global organizations). Solid knowledge of:Project management methodologies
