Your Tasks
- Resolve customer-driven engineering issues within the aircraft powerplant domain
- Organize and lead technical investigations to identify root causes and solutions
- Process and respond to customer technical queries in a timely manner
- Act as technical liaison with external suppliers of systems and equipment
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering departments
- Lead and manage in-service modifications
- Ensure clear communication and documentation of technical findings and actions
With this you convince us
- Extensive experience in aircraft powerplant systems, either 10+ years in on-aircraft repairs and troubleshooting or a degree in aerospace/mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of industry experience
- Proven experience in customer liaison and exposure to military customers is a strong advantage
- Engineering project management experience with the ability to manage complex projects effectively
- Knowledge of programming languages or data analysis tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1); German is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex requirements and proactively develop solutions
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
