Your Tasks

  • Resolve customer-driven engineering issues within the aircraft powerplant domain
  • Organize and lead technical investigations to identify root causes and solutions
  • Process and respond to customer technical queries in a timely manner
  • Act as technical liaison with external suppliers of systems and equipment
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering departments
  • Lead and manage in-service modifications
  • Ensure clear communication and documentation of technical findings and actions

With this you convince us

  • Extensive experience in aircraft powerplant systems, either 10+ years in on-aircraft repairs and troubleshooting or a degree in aerospace/mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of industry experience
  • Proven experience in customer liaison and exposure to military customers is a strong advantage
  • Engineering project management experience with the ability to manage complex projects effectively
  • Knowledge of programming languages or data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1); German is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex requirements and proactively develop solutions
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
