Your Tasks

  • Act as an interface between the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the Engineering Service Department, ensuring alignment of priorities, resources, schedules, and deliverables across all in-parallel running aircraft development programs
  • Coordinate Service Department engineering activities and inputs for the SAP planning across programs and support functions, ensuring transparency regarding workload, dependencies, risks, milestones, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to define and implement standard processes for project management
  • Develop processes for, and facilitate implementation of project level planning tools, ensuring compatibility with top level planning and budget tools
  • Support long-term resource and budget planning while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity utilization, and engineering work practices

With this you convince us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project coordination, operations, or project management within a highly regulated industry, preferably aerospace or aviation
  • Initial hands-on engineering experience combined with a strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Experience in resource planning, project scheduling, budget planning, and coordination of multiple stakeholders and competing priorities (including use of tools such as SAP and/or JIRA)
  • Familiarity with aircraft certification processes, engineering governance, and development program environments is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with very good English language skills (B2); German is an advantage
